After working on high-stakes litigation for over a decade at some of the world’s biggest law firms, Vishal Shah started Shah Litigation in 2023 to help employees hold employers accountable for their wrongdoing.
Drawing from his early experience working on the management side, Vishal brings a strategic perspective that few employment lawyers possess. His in-depth knowledge of corporate dynamics, coupled with his empathetic understanding of employees’ rights, allows him to craft well-rounded and effective strategies for his clients.
Vishal’s commitment to excellence is deeply ingrained, a trait he attributes to the inspiring example set by his parents. Hailing from Gujarat, India with less than a few dollars in their pockets, they embarked on a journey that led them to establish a successful motel business in the heart of southeast Alabama. Spending every weekend and summer helping the family business, Vishal witnessed his parents’ unyielding work ethic, dedication, and perseverance—all values that he provides to his clients now.
Vishal graduated from Samford University with a dual degree in International Relations and Spanish (with honors) and later from the University of Alabama School of Law.
