Vishal Shah started Shah Litigation in 2023 after working for over a decade in some of the world’s biggest law firms on high-profile litigation. While representing these clients, Vishal learned the importance of preparation, strategy, and hard work—all of which he provides to his clients now.
Vishal’s approach to his legal practice comes from his parents, who immigrated from India in the 1970s. After living in Illinois, Kentucky, and Georgia, the family started a motel business in southeast Alabama. At an early age, Vishal learned the importance of hard work and education (even though both of his parents dropped out of school early). After graduating third in his high school class, Vishal graduated from Samford University with a dual degree in International Relations and Spanish and later from the University of Alabama School of Law.
